"Scarred by the death of his own brother and his father's brutal injuries at the hands of his enemies, Police officer ACP Rathod (Aamir Khan) is keen to exact vengeance. Moving from Mumbai to Delhi, his investigations lead him and his team to a remote part of Rajasthan in the struggle to outwit the arms dealers.
Along the way, Rathod's team infiltrates the seedy world of prostitutes, murderers and pimps, and unmasks the ghazal singer Gulfam Hassan (Naseeruddin Shah) as a spy and weapons trader.
